Isfakhan Shipping Policy

Welcome to Isfakhan! We are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances quickly and securely across the United Kingdom. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, shipping options, and more.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Domestic Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): Free for all orders except sample testers.

• Sample Tester Shipping (2-4 business days): £2.99.

Local Delivery (By Isfakhan):

• For local deliveries made directly by Isfakhan, you will not receive a tracking number.

• Once your parcel has been delivered, we will notify you via email to confirm the delivery.

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or restricted regions within the UK.

• Some fragrances contain alcohol and may be subject to shipping regulations in certain areas.

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (for non-local deliveries).

• For local deliveries made directly by Isfakhan, you will not receive a tracking number, but we will send you an email once the parcel has been delivered.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact our support team at Isfakhanfragrances@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfume bottles.

• Unopened and unused items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
