We stand by the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return within 14 days, even if the product has been used.

It is expected that customers will test one or two sprays before returning the product. However, we cannot accept bottles that have been used beyond this limit or outside our 14-day return policy, and they will be sent back to you.

Promotional items can be exchanged as long as the return conditions are fulfilled.
